Online fees payment is a service provided by us for schools and parents. For any discrepancy related to fee or billing parents need to get in touch with respective schools. Schools in turn can mail us on email@example.com providing details of transaction within 2 working days of the discrepancy
Track Record and other such services are non refundable and non returnable. Special considerations can be made keeping in mind the gravity of the situation. For such cases you may send a mail on firstname.lastname@example.org and it will be evaluated on case to case basis.
Decision of RightTrack is final and binding in all respects.
